SoftQualM's expertise in systems development spans some 20 years back to the late 1980's and centres around founder and director Martin Holzke. The portfolio includes a wide range of project types, industries, locations and technologies.

We have delivered many projects from cradle to grave, but just as well participated in larger projects and teams contributing team members as well as project management, coaching and process auditing. Systems development life cycle (SDLC) and quality management methodologies have been at the heart from the outset.

Virtually no industry has been left out over the years. To name just a few: semiconductor physics, electronics, manufacturing, media, retail, tourism, financial & public services, local & central government departments and agencies.

SoftQualM has completed projects in UK, Germany and many other locations by consultants fluent in English and German as well as having base knowledge of a few further languages. We are available world-wide - on-site and off-site.

SoftQualM has always been a proactive champion of remote working to reduce travel requirements, costs and environmental impact of global operations. We have gained substantial technical and soft skills expertise in remote working scenarios of all kinds. We make extensive use of collaboration facilities, eg broadband, phone and video conferencing, Skype, WebEx, VPN, portals, version control etc., to setup, operate, educate and manage distributed teams and their members.

Last not least SoftQualM has built up experience over a vast range of technologies, eg programming languages and concepts (OOP, C++, VB, ASP, C#, MFC, .NET, ADF, JSP, Perl, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.), databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, admin, development, reporting & BI tools like SSIS, SSRS, Discoverer etc.), data and system migration and integration as well as soft skills and design methodologies (UML, business analysis, risk management etc.).

A spin-off of all of this expertise is our business area Web focussing on eCommerce, Web Design and Hosting. It equally builds a solid technical foundation for our business areas Training and Audit.
