While we have a focus on technical and soft skills training due to founder and director Martin Holzke's vast experience in systems development, consultancy and audit spanning some 20 years, please feel free to contact us with your requirements in other fields, eg basic IT training (ECDL, Office etc.).

We offer on-site, off-site, web-based and distance learning services pretty much wherever you fancy. We also offer Live Online On-demand Training. Whether standard or tailored, 1-to-1 or class room, we are happy to deliver a format suitable for your purpose by sourcing or developing respective course outlines and courseware. Our print and publishing services enable us to produce courseware on-demand - whether for your direct use only or including full distribution via amazon etc.

We are able to provide training services in fluent English and German complimented with base knowledge of a few further languages. We are available world-wide - on-site and off-site.

SoftQualM has always been a proactive champion of remote working to reduce travel requirements, costs and environmental impact of global operations. We have gained substantial technical and soft skills expertise in remote delivery scenarios of all kinds. We make extensive use of collaboration facilities, eg broadband, phone and video conferencing, Skype, WebEx, AdobeConnect, portals etc., for distance training, coaching, mentoring and tutoring.

Our trainer rates vary, however for the majority of technical and soft skills subjects we charge a daily rate £450 plus VAT, expenses, materials, facilities (as incurred). Terms and Conditions apply.
